1. Nature of Engagement: Interpretive Consulting
All services provided—including the Personal Structural Audit, Relationship Synastry, Geographic Optimization, Crisis & Litigation Strategy, The Sovereign Strategy, and The Rectification (the "Consultations")—are provided exclusively as symbolic, archetypal, and interpretive analysis.
Entertainment & Information Only: These Consultations are for entertainment and informational purposes.
No Professional Advice: Under no circumstances shall the information provided be construed as legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Relationship Cartographer LLC does not provide professional services requiring licensure.
Independent Decision Making: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own life choices. We do not direct, and are not responsible for, your business, personal, or legal decisions.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy & Waiver of Rights
All sales are final. Due to the bespoke and immediate nature of the consulting provided:
Waiver of Cancellation: By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you forfeit any statutory right to a "cooling-off" period or withdrawal under applicable local laws (including UK/EU consumer law).
Subjectivity: You acknowledge that these services are interpretive. "Subjective dissatisfaction" with the outcome or content of a consultation is not grounds for a refund or dispute.
No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank. Any reversed payment will be treated as a breach of contract and sent to collections.
3. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Non-Reliance
Non-Reliance: You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement made by the Consultant as a factual basis for any strategy. You are purchasing these services with the understanding that the output is subjective.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual fee paid for the specific session in dispute.
No Warranty: Services are provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of symbolic data or the real-world outcomes of any strategy discussed.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Proprietary Frameworks: All systems and methodologies are the trade secrets and exclusive property of Relationship Cartographer LLC. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license for private use. You are strictly prohibited from recording, transcribing, or reselling these methodologies.
No Professional Privilege: You acknowledge that these sessions do not carry any form of professional privilege (legal, medical, or otherwise). Communications are not "protected" or "confidential" in the context of legal proceedings.
5. Third-Party Data Indemnity
If you provide data for any individual other than yourself, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions to do so. You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against any claims of privacy invasion brought by third parties.
6. Mandatory Arbitration & Governing Law
Wyoming Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or representative proceeding.
7. Entire Agreement (The Merger Clause)
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Relationship Cartographer LLC. No oral statements, emails, or marketing materials shall be construed as modifying these terms or providing additional guarantees. If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.

1. Introduction
Relationship Cartographer LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates as an online service provider delivering astrological and astrocartographic services through the Forensic Inventory System.
